With integrated twilight switch Artidor explosion Safety has developed a motion sensor that can be used in ATEX zone 2/22, with some properties for facilitating the installation. The motion sensor has a built-in light sensitive switch and is powered by 230VAC. The motion detector has a 230VAC output and an interlock relay. As usual, Artidor explosion Safety have designed a motion sensor with a thoughtful look and an extensive ease of use and installation.

Hooder M series This Hooder M series is specifically designed for the Euro and Block pallets, in addition to its successful Hooder L series which is suitable for specific pallet dimensions, a perfect complement to the Willems scope of Stretchhood machines. The stretchunit is designed by a special steel, this creates a lighter construction but with the same strength, this provides a weight saving of 35%. An additional advantage is that because of this, higher speeds can be achieved with the stretch unit. The vertical and horizontal movements of the Hooder M are Servo controlled to a neat acceleration and deceleration. This benefits the synchronization and the positioning of the stretch arms. Applying servo motors in combination with the light stretch unit Hooder M series delivers besides a higher efficiency a minimum consumption of energy cost per pallet. The company KaTech Katharina Hahn + Partner GmbH was established in 2010 for the production of food additives derived from renewable raw materials. The product portfolio comprises among others stabilizers for dairy products and delicacies. The company Katharina Hahn Familien GmbH affiliated with Katech in June 2012. The newly installed mixing line of Daxner serves as a core module for the production of high end powder mixes for the foods industry. The concept design was developed with regards to the specific situation of the start-up company. Holcim Morocco counts on the IT-Logistic Solution VAS After the implementation of VAS in the Holcim plants in the Philippines and Indonesia, the IT-Logistic Solution was implemented successful in Morocco by Holcim for the first time. The pilot installation was undertaken in the cement plant Settat, which is located between Casablanca and Marrakesh. The project was carried out on the basis of the „Global Frame-work Agreement“, that Holcim and Axians have sealed two years ago. Since June, the VAS system runs successfully. The start of production was realized in the second quarter of the current year. After the successful implementation in Settat, the Moroccon Holcim plants in Oujda, Fes and Nador are supposed to be the next plants to be equipped with VAS. Besides the software and services, Axians delivered the full infrastructure for the project. This includes not only the IT-Hardware like printers or large displays for the control room but also barriers and signal lights for traffic control within the plant.The first
