Delaere goes clean room with Friesland foods
When passion meets technique
Since 1985 Delaere focused its activities on the bulk processing market, more specific the production and mounting of Big Bag/octabin/boxes filling systems, weighing systems, automation of logistic services (bag slitting, Octabin deployment robot,...).
In this flourishing branche we are focused on custom-made installations.
We realized the last 15 years big, complex, but also smaller installations.
Due to this long experience with complex projects, FRIESLAND FOODS has chosen for DELAERE to build a complete, calibrated Big Bag filling station to fill lactose for the baby industry.
We had to take into account the high standards which are necessary for these kind of installations: EHEDG, specific guideline of the end-user and High Care specifications.
The filling station in the High care zone is full stainless steel, working platforms included.
The product contact parts are polished up to ra 8, and all steel structures are build with open profiles to avoid embedded rooms
The filling head is a custom-made design to avoid strange objects in the product flow and is also easy cleanable.
Via a mobile table with integrated vibrating, we transport the Big Bags out of the high care zone to the standard zone where we put the Big Bags on a pallet, wrap them and prepare them for storage.
DELAERE carried out the full engineering of this project, produced, mounted and started-up the installation
