Laboratory: Continuous & controlled dispensing of powders

Introducing new LAMBDA Hi-DOSER: For bigger volumes and higher dosing speeds!

Safe, controlled and reproducible dosing of crystalline or powdery substances is a big problem on laboratory scale.

The LAMBDA DOSER and the new Hi-DOSER powder dosing system (with five times higher flow rates) is best suited for automated powder feeding. Now, all the powder dispensers can get delivered also with 3 liter storage vessels!

In life science or analytical laboratories, it is important to weigh the powders accurately and to reproduce the same results during the sample preparation process, filling same amount of substance in different recipients or adding defined amount of chemicals to the reactors, etc.

Manual handling of substances with a spoon or spatula is inefficient due to risks of cross contamination, spillage and unrepeatable or inaccurate weight of the dosed powders.

With the powder DOSER, the handling of free flowing and homogeneous powders in the laboratory is made simple and safe. The dispensing process can be automated with the programmable powder DOSER which reduces human errors and risk of spillage and conforms to safety standards.

Powder DOSER fulfils the criteria of a good laboratory practice (GLP), GMP and complies with modern safety requirements.

Due to the compact design of the LAMBDA DOSER, it can be placed inside a laminar hood, clean room / HEPA-filtered ventilation and even fixed to the ports of a chemical reactor, fermenter or bioreactor for efficient handling of free flowing powders.
