FUCHS is presenting two exhibits from its very extensive MIXOMAT drum mixer programme at ACHEMA: The laboratory unit MIXOMAT A with a capacity of 10 litres and the standard tumbling drum-blender MIXMOMAT B.
Four families MIXOMAT
- MIXOMAT mini (laborato-ry unit for container sizes up to max. 2 litres);
- MIXOMAT A (laboratory blender for con-tainer sizes up to max. 26 litres);
- MIXOMAT B (upright blender for container sizes up to max. 400 litres) and
- MIXOMAT C (tiltable drum blender up to max. 400 litres, with two subgroups: the MIXOMAT C-HE for cleanroom applications and the C-SE for all other appli-cations).
In principle, the blenders are configured to order from standard modules. This means that 1 or 2 containers can be blended at the same time. For larger drums, it is possible to grip them directly from the pallet or other drum transport equipment and lift them into the blending position (tiltable versions). The blenders for drum sizes up to 200 litres are avail-able in a mobile version. All blenders (except the MIXOMAT mini) are available in Ex ver-sions for zones 1, 21, 2 and 22.
The MIXOMAT tumbling drum blenders can also be adapted to customer-specific require-ments, for example with container holders adapted to containers provided by the customer.
