New MIX Reactor / Dryer MXK6700
Since 1990 MIX has been designing and manufacturing in Cavezzo (Modena) mixing systems and industrial components for bulk solids handling. In May 2016 MIX delivered to a leading producer of food additives an horizontal single shaft Reactor / Dryer MXK6700 with Paddle-shaped tools and geometrical capacity of 7.000 Liters.
MIX Reactor / Dryer has been tailored for this specific process, where mixing of bulk solids with liquid additives causes a strong exothermic reaction inside the mixing vessel. The machine is equipped with mechanical seals and is able to resist to pressure and temperature rise, up to 5 bars and 180°C. Made in stainless steel AISI 316Ti, MIX Reactor / Dryer is suitable for vacuum operation and is provided with heat exchanger, in order to control and modify the product temperature inside the mixing vessel. In the relations with its customers, MIX operates not merely as a supplier, but as a reliable partner, being able to develop new solutions and increase the efficiency of the production processes.
