New Dust Collector Series by MIX SRL
Since 1990 MIX srl has been developing and manufacturing mixing systems and industrial components for bulk solids handling.
Always attentive to the needs of its Customers, MIX developed a new series of round shaped filters with a wider range of filtering surfaces and an increased capability to meet customers’ specific requirements. Main features: filtering surface from 1m² to 96m²; filter housing from DN350 to DN1100; parts in contact with the product in mild steel or stainless steel AISI 304; use for vacuum conveying applications, ATEX Certification and resistance to explosion pressure available on demand. Filters can be equipped with cartridge or bag filtering elements, manufactured with different fabrics, according to the product to be filtered. Fabrics can be antistatic, water and oil repellant, PTFE coated or equipped with PTFE membrane, in order to respect the different regulations about dust emission. Filtering elements can be removed for maintenance and inspection from the side door or from the top of the filter and are equipped with the new screw-less fastening system. The efficient jet pulse cleaning of filtering elements is controlled by the new MIX control panel, which can include a pressure differential gauge.
