Introduction of the direct driven industrial piston compressors
Many companies have a low compressed air demand, that also varies between 0 and 100%.
In that case it is very important to choose the right compressor to do the job. When the compressor stops several times during the day and cools down, than a screwcompressor is not the right choice.
Because condensate is falling down in the oilreservoir and oil-water emulsions starts to happen and will clog the filters. This will result in a high maintenance-level.
The solution for this problem is to use an industrial piston compressor. It has no oilcirculation system and will not have the described problems.
The new Blocair series piston compressors has following range:
BL: one-stage compressors oillubricated, power from 1,5 to 3 kW. workingpressure 10 bar
BH: two-stage compressors oillubricated, power from 1,5 to 4 kW, workingpressure from 10 to 15 bar
BK: two-stage oilfree compressors, power from 1,1 to 4 kW, workingpressure 10 bar
These compressors are suitable for coninuous running and are also available in noise-dampened cabinet.
Execution in frame mounted unit, vessel mounted unit or vessel with twin unit.
The twin unit has a back up unit as a standard and is full redundant.
A built on fridgedryer is also available.
Mobile units and units built on vertical vessels (less space required) will complete the series
