Partnership between NETZSCH and ProteinDistillery Innovative Partnership between NETZSCH and ProteinDistillery paves the way for revolutionary protein production
Partnership between NETZSCH and ProteinDistillery
Innovative Partnership between NETZSCH and ProteinDistillery paves the way for revolutionary protein production NETZSCH Grinding & Dispersing, a global leader in dry and wet materials processing, and ProteinDistillery, a pioneer in the innovative production of functional protein ingredients, announce their long-term cooperation. This partnership marks a significant step in the development of sustainable and efficient protein sources for use in the food industry. In contrast to conventional, plant-based methods of protein extraction, which are often characterized by inherent taste, suboptimal functional properties such as texture formation and limited digestibility, ProteinDistillery’s approach offers significant advantages. The microorganism-derived functional protein, Prew:tein, is characterized by neutral taste and improved texture qualities. This reduces the need for artificial additives and flavorings that are normally required to modify the taste and texture of plant-based proteins. Key benefits: Reduction in product development costs as well as higher consumer acceptance

NETZSCH ConJet: air jet milling with controlled maximum particle size
NETZSCH High-Density Bed Jet Mill ConJet: the combination of a spiral jet mill with an integrated classifier wheel makes it possible to manufacture products reproducibly and with a steep particle size distribution. The ConJet high-density bed jet mill as a combination of a spiral jet mill with an integrated classifier wheel makes it possible to manufacture products reproducibly and with a steep particle size distribution. The adjustment of the fineness of grind is independent of the product load and is only done via the speed setting of the classifier wheel. As a result, the mill can be operated much more economically and efficiently with higher product loading. Another advantage compared to a conventional jet mill is that no minimum amount of product is required to carry out the grinding process. This means completely ground batches under the same conditions and maximum product yields, as only little residual material remains in the mill after a run. Compact design The compact design ensures very good accessibility for easy and fast cleaning during product changes. Residue-free grinding and low buildup of product inside the machine make the ConJet the ideal mill also for processing
