Milkpowder producer increases packaging production by Votech
Votech has integrated a complete new packaging line at Vreugdenhil Scharsterbrug On January 9, 2018, the extensive packaging installation of Vreugdenhil in Scharsterbrug was officially taken into production. The production location for the packaging of milk powders has been expanded by Votech with 2 filling machines, 2 palletising machines and a big bag filling machine. In addition, a complete system has been installed to feed the empty pallets to the machines and to transport the loaded pallets to the wrapper. Special: Thanks to a very pleasant cooperation between the two parties, during the installation and implementation of the new Votech machines, the production of Vreugdenhil has been halted for only 1.5 days. With only a day and a half of a standstill, this goal was more than achieved. The challenge provided extra motivation and creative inspiration for both Vreugdenhil and Votech. Potential problems were solved almost immediately. Another extra challenge for the engineering of Votech were the +/- 30 columns that were distributed

AND CRITERIA FOR ITS COMMINUTION FROM CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL TO SEMICONDUCTOR TECHNOLOGY On planet earth sand is a very common unconsolidated sedimentary rock. It is characterized by a particle size between 0.063 and 2.0 mm. The mineral composition can vary extremely. Many occurrences consist of quartz respectively silicon dioxide (SiO2). Due to its physical and chemical characteristics sand is mainly used in the construction and glass industry. The analytical evaluation of the chemical composition and therefore the aptness for the intended uses make the comminution of quartz sand a prerequisite. FRITSCH offers a wide spectrum of suitable mills for this. The packaging machines supplier will invest 5 million euros Concetti has started work on the expansion and digital transformation of its headquarter in Bastia Umbra, Italy. The company design, manufactures and exports fully automatic machines and systems for packaging bulk products. Each project is tailored to the customer’s specific needs. The 5 – million Euro investment is to satisfy increased demand for its automated packaging systems manufactured in Bastia Umbra and exported to more than 60 countries across the world. The expansion plan, aimed at both modernizing its headquarters and increasing the company’s manufacturing capacity, will improve its product and service provision to customers. In order to prepare for the installation of many more new systems in the coming years, the expansion will add an extra 58,000 square feet (5400 square meter) to the existing Concetti headquarters site. Excess dust is a hazard to operator health, as well as to the working environment (and can even result in fatal explosions when mismanaged). Meanwhile, waste material results in poor overall efficiency; a problem also caused by excessive manual handling during processing. Hence in this regard waste is two-fold, it is physical waste (loss of material) and it is time waste (loss of production) both of which negatively impact the overall efficiency of a process. Weighing with an accuracy up to 0,017% Load cell type 300 is a popular bending beam sensor. Thanks to the compact design, high reliability and accuracy this type finds many applications, both in automatic and non-automatic weighing equipment. The reliability is guaranteed by the stainless steel construction and the hermetic sealing of all electrical parts, resulting in the protection classes IP68 and IP69K. Therefore, type 300 proved its qualities too in types of industry, such as the chemical and food, with unfavourable operating conditions. The accuracy is/was in accordance with the ”industrial” standard, so suitable for weighing instruments of 3 000 d or, in other words, with an accuracy of 0,03 %.
