Vibration screening is suitable for a wide range of bulk solids and tasks. Advantages of the JEL Konti II vibration screening machine: hygienic design; easy handling and fast screen change. Vibration screening machines are suitable for a wide range of bulk solids and screening tasks. This is mainly due to the various adjustment options: The key parameters such as screen inclination, vibration motor tilt angle and vibration motor imbalance can be quickly and easily adjusted to the specific screening task and can also be documented. Despite the relatively low amplitudes, vibration screening machines achieve high accelerations which reduce stuck particles and guarantee outstanding screening performance. Laterally arranged vibration motors, as with the JEL Konti II, allow for very compact screening machines with a low installation height which can be easily integrated into tight conditions. New version of vibratory sifter ControMat
Control sifting of bulk material with new version of the ControMat Vibratory sifter. This control sifter is also available in ATEX version. Fuchs Maschinen AG offers a solution for the control sifting of bulk material: the ControMat VE 450 and VE 630 in square shape with various sifting capacities between 0,15 m² and 0,3 m². Up to now, the ControMat used to be delivered without outlet for foreign particles. The new version is rectangular and is provided with an outlet for oversized and foreign particles. The control sifter ControMat is mainly used in the food, the chemical and the pharmaceutical industries. Thanks to their modular building concept, individual sifter components can be easily adapted to the customer’s needs. Cleaning and replacing the sieve decks is extremely simple, as the ControMat can be dismounted without tools. A further advantage of the ControMat lies in the fact that it requires very little maintenance, limited to replacing the sieve gasket or the spring elements every couple of years. Optionally, the control sifter is also available in ATEX version.

Unique 3 sieves automatic screen exchange system For their GD Hammer Mill Van Aarsen developed an automatic screen exchange system for 3 screens. The system is already operational in 2 feed mills and demand is constantly increasing. The system consists of a cassette unit with 3 slots to hold the screens, a motorised insertion system and control system. The screens are stored in a cassette system that is suspended above the hammer mill. This construction enables: • The surface area required for the hammer mill to remain the same • Easy access, ergonomic working conditions • Use of simple straight screen plates • No extra tools • Sieve exchange during operation • CE protected cassettes • Cassettes to be moved aside when opening the hammer mill doors The screen is suspended in a cassette slot by means of a lever with pneumatic cylinder. KASON `Air-Lift` Quick Screen Change System
Kason Air-Lift quick screen change system for circular vibratory screeners allows to change screens and gain access to the interior of the unit for cleaning or inspection many times faster than possible using comparable systems. The lightweight device consists of two vertically mounted air cylinders that are located on opposing sides of any circular separator and affixed to mounting brackets on the lower and upper screening frames. A quick-disconnect clamp connecting the frames is removed and a remote air valve is actuated, raising the upper frame. The procedure is reversed to reconnect the frames. One entire raise/lower cycle including quick-disconnect/connect of the frames, requires only several minutes, reducing downtime during every inspection, cleaning and screen-changing operation.
